  有關申請物業的臨時買賣合約
• For Mortgage Refinancing:
  如為轉按申請:
  • Loan statement showing mortgage balance, interest rate (include cap rate for HIBOR plan) and loan tenor
  • Repayment Schedule of mortgaged property
    最近期之供款表
  • Repayment history for the past three months
    最近 3個月之供款記錄
• If applicants have borrowed or guaranteed other outstanding mortgage(s), please also provide the relative loan statement showing mortgage balance, interest rate (include cap rate for HIBOR plan) and loan tenor.
  如申請人現持有其他已按揭物業, 請提交能顯示: 按揭利率 及 剩餘按揭結欠金額、按揭年期之文件

  例如—按揭絛款確認信(Mortgage Loan Offer Letter) 及 最近期之供款表(Repayment Schedule )

• Proof of residence within the past 3 months, e.g. credit card/bank statement or utility bill
